Must Have Technical / Functional Skills Required Skills :
- Expert in Cyara testing suite and other industry standard telephony testing tools
- LoadRunner (VuGen) scripting experience at medium to high level of expertise
- Understanding of basic performance metrics : TPS, RT, Memory, GC, CPU. IO, etc
- Strong monitoring experience (AppDynamics)
- Proficient in the following tools; § DynaTrace § LoadRunner / Performance Center § Splunk
- Manage in agile environment leading to solutions with little supervision
