People Advisory Manager

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a People Advisory Manager to join its Americas team in New York City. This newly created position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performing environment that values professional growth, global connection, and employee well-being. This role will partner with leadership to drive key elements of the firm's people strategy, spanning talent management, engagement, workforce planning, and professional development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR business partnership and passion for fostering growth within a dynamic organization. Bachelor's degree required; law or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of HR, talent management, or people advisory experience, ideally within a global professional services or legal environment. 3+ years working across regional, global or remote cross-border teams. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across complex, matrixed organizations. Strong project management, communication, and change management skills. Collaborative, strategic, and hands-on approach to solving people challenges. The salary for this position is $129,600-$210,600. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
