Responsibilities
PRIMARY
- Help General Manager hire, train and develop sales team
- Ensure sales team is provided with tools, coaching and day-to-day motivation to hit or exceed individual quotas on a monthly basis
- Create daily task list and goals to ensure team keeps on pace for index
- Monitor daily work flow and confirm monthly sales planner is fully completed
- Conduct daily meetings with staff to discuss goals and provide support Follow-up with staff regarding each tour and presentation
- Ensure that the selling of personal training are offered at point of sale in line with Crunch philosophy Assist in execution of sales for other sales reps
- Coordinate marketing, promotional, and special events with GM
- Support all new systems and assist with execution of rolling out new programs Inspect and supervise all prospecting systems to ensure they are in full operation : guest passes, old guest registers, appointments, calls, etc.
- Reach and surpass team and personal sales goals on a consistent basis
- Prospect via member referrals, Welcome to Crunch forms, cold calls, approved flyers, guest traffic, phone inquiries, street reach, etc.
- Exhibit extensive knowledge of Crunch's services and facilities
- Foster a friendly, professional and organized atmosphere for members and guests Communicate and enforce all policies, procedures and standards
- Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook
