Autonomous Vehicle Operator

$29.00+ Per Hour Shifts Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM and 3 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM. (Ideally, we seek candidates who are flexible to work either shift.) Autonomous Vehicle Operators who are passionate about safety and quality of vehicle development.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving autonomous vehicle platforms on various public and private roads in order to obtain data and troubleshoot technical issues. You will be a valuable contributor, providing necessary feedback to the engineering team in order to advance this cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate has prior experience with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), has worked with other AV companies, and is comfortable being in a vehicle up to 8 hours per day.

Day to Day Operations as a Experienced AVO Operator

• Maintain a high standard of safety, inside and outside of the vehicles.
• Consistently demonstrate situational awareness and understanding of the technology.
• Conduct a variety of critical data collection for the engineering teams using complex proprietary software and hardware, and communicate through multiple channels.
• Be an ambassador for the technology by communicating professionally and courteously at all times with management, engineers, and members of the public.
• Maintain, organize, and distribute operational documents to relevant team members.
