Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a fully competent project management professional who has a broad understanding of solutions and industry best practices. This project management position provides consistent creative and high quality solution leadership ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction. The ideal candidate employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful delivery of large-scale client implementations, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle's methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. This position comes with a commitment to commute to the Arlington, VA office four days per week or 25% travel to Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities include :

• Supporting the Task Order Owner and / or Lead Project Manager in managing the tasks required for the end-to-end contractual delivery of large, complex task orders.
• Monitoring adherence to scope / contractual delivery and financial commitments in accordance with the TO PWS.
• Managing the scope of large-scale multi-site task orders with varying levels of complexity.
• Monitoring and reporting on staffing levels in alignment with the project schedule.
• Supporting and monitoring third-party supplier contracts ensuring alignment to staffing and resource needs.
• Monitoring and analyzing forecast hours, project actuals, and variances. Identifying root cause of large variances and working to remediate going forward.
• Capturing lessons learned with a focus on supporting continuous process improvement efforts.
• Working closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations.
• Managing the creation and updates of contractual deliverables by coordinating with subject matter experts and content owners, ensuring deliverables are high-quality, complete, and acceptable to the client.
• Initiating and gathering details for Work at Risk Approvals.
• Proactively managing risks and issues through coordination with the delivery team.
• Monitoring the Integrated Master Schedule for updates to identify potential delays or lack of progress including follow-ups with the delivery team.
• Supporting Monthly Performance Management meetings with the client.
• Maintaining strong client relationships with the delivery team and VA PM.
• Supporting internal Project Management Reviews (PMRs) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for assigned task orders.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries, and lines of business.
