Responsibilities
- Client Support : Assist licensed agents in providing exceptional service to clients.
- Administrative Tasks : Handle paperwork, maintain client records, and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Customer Service : Communicate with clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
