We are looking for a hardworking, attentive Barback . You will be working alongside our team to ensure our guests receive outstanding service by maintaining and organizing the bar area to the restaurant’s standards. By supporting our team, you will provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare the bar for service by organizing and stocking wine, beer, and liquor; prepping fresh juices, garnishes, and mixers; and ensuring the bar area is clean and orderly.
• Restock essential supplies such as glassware, napkins, straws, and ice throughout the shift.
• Support Bartenders by assisting with various tasks, including setup, service, and breakdown duties.
• Receive and organize beverage deliveries, maintaining cleanliness and order in all storage areas.
• Clear used glassware, wipe down bar surfaces, and reset the bar for incoming guests.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and ensure all bar tools and equipment are clean and ready for use.
• Collaborate with Bartenders, Service Bartenders, and other team members to ensure efficient and exceptional service throughout the shift.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
