We are looking for a Packaging Operator to join our Production team on 3rd shift.

This position is a hands-on role supporting our production with preparing, packaging, and ensuring high quality products reach out customers worldwide.

The ideal candidate with prior manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and enjoys making an impact.

You will get to :

• Operate and monitor production equipment, and lead activities of others working on the line, ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines according to SOPs.
• Maintain production flow and report equipment or process issues promptly.
• Accurately complete production records and quality checks in real-time.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory standards.
• Enter production data into digital systems (e.g., MES, ERP, or spreadsheets) as required.
• Identify and correct documentation errors or escalate them to supervisors as needed.
• Report non-conformances or quality concerns immediately.
