About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems and components across diverse industries including manufacturing , HVAC , automotive , aerospace , and industrial automation .
Responsibilities
- Design mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Perform FEA , thermal , and fluid dynamics simulations to validate designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D , manufacturing , and quality assurance .
- Support prototype development , testing , and product launch activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including BOMs , specs , and test reports .
- Drive continuous improvement in design and production processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.5+ years of experience in mechanical design , product development , or systems engineering .Proficiency in CAD tools , engineering analysis software , and design for manufacturability .Strong understanding of materials science , mechanical systems , and manufacturing processes .Excellent problem-solving , communication , and team collaboration skills.Preferred Skills
HVAC and piping systems : Experience designing and optimizing heating, cooling, and fluid transport systems.Precision machining : Familiarity with CNC processes, tolerancing, and surface finish requirements.ISO standards & regulatory compliance : Understanding of ISO 9001, ASME, and other industry-specific standards.Lean Six Sigma : Exposure to process improvement methodologies, root cause analysis, and waste reduction.Automation & robotics : Knowledge of actuators, sensors, and control systems used in automated environments.Mechatronics : Integration of mechanical, electrical, and software systems in product design.Thermal & fluid analysis : Use of simulation tools for heat transfer, fluid flow, and pressure drop calculations.Sustainable design : Awareness of energy-efficient materials and eco-friendly engineering practices.Why Join Us?
