Hr Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Anaheim, California. This is a long-term contract position focused on managing recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The role is fully onsite and requires a strong ability to handle high-volume recruiting while maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Ensure all aspects of onboarding are handled efficiently, providing a positive experience for new hires. Utilize applicant tracking systems such as NeoGov to manage candidate pipelines effectively. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance and reporting requirements. Assist candidates through all stages of the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. Leverage union and government experience, if applicable, to enhance recruitment strategies. Foster relationships with potential candidates through campus and college recruiting initiatives. Uphold high standards and attention to detail throughout all recruiting activities. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and screening applicants. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment processes. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, for tracking and reporting purposes. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment with precision and accuracy. Experience in corporate or government recruiting environments is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach and business attire while representing the organization.
