About This Role

We seek a Strategy & Operations Associate who will manage complex scheduling across multiple organizational and senior leaders' calendars, coordinate travel logistics and expenses, support events, conduct research and reporting, and help the technology organization prioritize time. In parallel, you'll partner cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives, track milestones against corporate goals, and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses spanning market, competitive, and internal performance data. You will design and refine scalable processes, build and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs, surface and solve bottlenecks with operational leads, and serve as a liaison to ensure alignment, clear communications, and executive-ready presentations. You'll oversee data collection and integrity and translate insights into actionable recommendations for both tactical improvements and strategic direction.

Salary Range

$60,000-$75,000

The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
