EHS Consultant Summary

Lead and manage a dynamic portfolio of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Advisory Services engagements, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and technical excellence. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of high-impact EHS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee multiple embedded EHS engagements, maintaining a client-first approach to service delivery.

Act as the technical lead and primary point of contact for internal teams, ensuring consistent and effective client communication.

Conduct comprehensive site visits to assess compliance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Mentor and develop a high-performing team of EHS professionals, fostering growth and technical proficiency.

Ensure quality assurance across all engagements, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Core Competencies

Occupational Health & Safety (OSHA compliance)

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) program development

Hazardous waste management and regulatory compliance

Risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience : 3–5+ years in the environmental field, with a strong foundation in EHS principles.

Industry : Proven experience in Life Sciences, Higher Education, Manufacturing, or EHS Consulting environments.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related discipline.

Technical Expertise : Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to enhance client outcomes and service delivery.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerville, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $43.00 / hr.
