Hydromat, Inc. is professional and innovative! Hydromat is experiencing a rapid yet exciting growth in sales like never before! Hydromat is seeking a CMM Programmer based in our manufacturing facility in Maryland Heights, MO.
Primary duties include :
- Programs CMM machines (and other automated measurement equipment, to perform automated inspections of fabricated parts based on product drawings and specifications.
- Completes model-centric programming (in PC-DMIS & Calypso software) - operating Zeiss equipment to ensure product produced meet quality and dimensional requirements.
- Sets up and performs automated inspections of fabricated parts and tooling, using a coordinate measurement machine (CMM).
Requirements include :
- Minimum of five (5) years in a same or similar position. CMM programming experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and specifications. Knowledge of sampling and inspection plans.
- Fluent in GD&T interpretations and applications.
