Senior Administrative Analyst, Workers’ Compensation Location : Los Angeles, CA 90012, hybrid Type : Temporary assignment, up to 6 months Schedule : 9 / 80, start as early as 7 : 00 a.m.

to 4 : 45 p.m., every other Friday off, two days on site weekly Pay : 56.00 to 62.00 per hour, W2 About the role Join a collaborative HR team supporting workers’ compensation administration and industrial accommodations.

You will manage claims, coordinate with third-party administrators and counsel, track compliance, and provide high quality service to employees and internal partners.

Key responsibilities Administer workers’ compensation claims for litigated and non-litigated matters Coordinate accommodations and return-to-work tasks with HR, Safety, and Risk Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintain accurate case files Monitor compliance with DIR, OSIP, and OSHA reporting requirements Process invoices related to claims, maintain logs and financial tracking Lead small projects, improve procedures, and support audits Provide responsive customer service to employees and stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree and 4 years, or two years in an internal Analyst classification Minimum 4 years hands-on workers’ compensation claims experience, no training required on claim fundamentals Demonstrated knowledge of TPAs, DIR, OSIP, OSHA, and California WC processes Advanced MS Office and SharePoint Strong analytical, writing, and stakeholder communication skills Proven ability to prioritize, work independently, and in a team setting Preferred Experience processing billing for claims Project coordination and contract administration experience Local to Southern California Work authorization and benefits notes Sponsorship is not available This temporary role is not CalPERS eligible
