Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Senior Manager, Linkex Systems, the TMS Administrator serves as the site administrator for TMS solutions through user maintenance, security administration, and roles / permissions setup.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Creates and delivers end user documents and training.
• Troubleshoots and conducts root cause analysis of issues and errors.
• Assists with carrier and customer onboarding through requirement gathering for design and testing.
• Ensures all system and process changes are effectively tested and communicated to the team.
• Creates and manages carrier and customer contracts / rate tables to support various pricing initiatives.
• Performs additional duties as required.
