JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Service Design Strategist to lead the scope, planning, and delivery of innovative service design projects for our mid-market customers, aligning deliverables with strategic business objectives. This role involves designing comprehensive user journeys and service blueprints, driving alignment across the organization through effective communication, and fostering durable solutions through strategic insights. As a champion for service design methodologies, the ideal candidate will facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and best practice adaptation across our design and research teams.
