Business Analyst II

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to manage tasks associated with application implementation and support the Servicing team.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret vendor release notes and support the rollout of servicing system features

Gather requirements to create documentation, test cases, and coordinate user testing

Analyze data and troubleshoot issues, making recommendations to the product team

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in Business / System Analysis or Quality Assurance

A degree in IT / Computer Science preferred

Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and practices

Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
