Locums, Inc. has an Internal Medicine practice in the Corvallis, OR area who is seeking a full-time locums IM Physician for maternity coverage from 9 / 1 / 22 to 12 / 31 / 22. Physician will be treating Diabetes, Colds / Flu, COPD, Asthma / Sinus, Drug screens, Immunizations / Vaccines, Sutures, and Physicals. Provider will need to become credentialed with the local hospital; Locums, Inc. will facilitate the credentialing process. Travel, lodging & mileage is available to out-of-area providers. You will receive : Hourly Compensation Malpractice coverage at 1mil / 3mil Travel, Lodging & mileageDuration : 9 / 1 / 22 to 12 / 31 / 22 Hours : M-F, 8am to 5pmParticulars : EMR charting used (Athenahealth EMR) 18 scheduled patients per day Larger office; multiple physician and midlevel providers on staff No On-call hours 85% Adult, 15% Geriatric Clinic located in downtown Corvallis, ORRequirements : Active and Unrestricted Oregon Physician license (mandatory) Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine Valid and unrestricted DEA License (mandatory)
