Job descriptionMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Active NY license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD). Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience with supervisory background. Strong communication and leadership abilities. 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match
Therapist Supervisor
Position : Full-Time
Location : Schenectady, New York
Salary : $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Job Summary :
We’re hiring a Therapist Supervisor who’s ready to lead a team of therapists providing mental health care in Schenectady, New York. This position balances supervision, compliance, and mentorship helping both clinicians and clients achieve meaningful progress.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee clinical work and documentation for multiple therapy teams.
- Provide regular supervision, coaching, and case consultation.
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to care standards.
- Promote a positive team environment focused on ethical, evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with leadership on training and quality improvement projects.
