You will oversee all product testing and the development of supporting documentation. Global Recruiters of Buckhead is conducting an executive search for a Director of Engineering on behalf of an extraordinary, purpose-driven client. This is not a typical engineering management role. Our client seeks a dynamic leader for their world-class civil / structural engineering team—a team that serves as the nexus of product innovation, technical consultation, and commercial success.
You will be the driving force behind the development of industry-leading foundation and concrete repair products. You won't just lead a team; you will shape the future of an industry, empowering a national network of dealers through high-impact training and consultation. Required Qualifications (The Essentials)
This role demands a leader with proven technical mastery. You must possess :
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) License
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Geotechnical or Structural Engineering
- Deep familiarity with soil mechanics, deep foundation design, and general residential / commercial construction.
