Job Summary
DJ&A is in search of a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with 5+ years of experience to join our team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing DJ&A’s brand presence, making meaningful contributions to our marketing initiatives, and driving strategic growth.
This role will work in partnership with company leadership, the business development team, and regional office leadership to coordinate the development and implementation of marketing strategies across DJ&A.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Planning :
Develop and execute an annual marketing plan that aligns with our company’s strategic goals.Brand Communication :
Craft compelling visual and written content that embodies the essence of DJ&A. From eye-catching graphics to persuasive narratives, you’ll communicate our brand.Collateral Coordination :
Curate and maintain our marketing collateral library. This includes everything from statements of qualifications to brochures, presentations, region-specific materials, and collateral to support DJ&A’s participation in industry events and conferences.
Digital Presence Management :
Oversee our company website and social media channels. Your strategic updates will keep our online presence fresh and engaging.Thought Leadership :
Collaborate closely with leadership and technical experts to produce blog posts, articles, newsletters, social media posts, etc.
Your expertise will help to position DJ&A as a thought leader.CRM and Resource Maintenance :
Ensure our CRM system is finely tuned, and our marketing resources are readily accessible.AI Integration :
Embrace the potential of AI to support DJ&A’s marketing efforts. Identify, test, and implement emerging AI tools and strategies.
Required Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities :
Bachelor’s Degree :
Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience :
Bring
5+ years
of experience in marketing or communications (bonus points if you’ve worked in the architectural / engineering industry).Design Proficiency :
Proficiency with graphic design tools, including Canva and Adobe Suite.Detail-Oriented :
Anticipate needs, dot the i’s, and cross the t’s.Collaborative Spirit :
Thrive in a team environment and contribute to collective success.CRM Savvy :
Experience with CRM software is preferred.Communication Excellence :
Writing skills are top-notch.Technical Chops : Advanced skills in MS Office and ability to learn new tools quickly.Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Compensation and Benefits
