We are headquartered in Chicago and have a beautiful office overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan in a hybrid work environment model (2-3 days in office / week).

Media Managers at Envisionit are accountable for the setup, QA & optimization of our client's media campaigns, particularly paid social. They work closely with our internal Creative & Analytics teams on asset management and reporting, and own the budget planning process as well as the creative mix within social channels campaigns. Key functions :

• Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring all details and requirements are met
• Oversee daily and weekly campaign performance, executing key routines and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with account leads, project managers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign timelines, tracking, and reporting
• Implement test strategies, manage in-flight optimizations, and adjust budgets, bids, and ads based on direction and performance insights
• Ensure all digital tracking, pixels, and attribution systems are set up and functioning accurately for seamless campaign measurement
• Maintain meticulous campaign and optimization logs, supporting the completion of key departmental scorecards and accountability rituals
• Reconcile paid media spend monthly and support resolution of discrepancies in partnership with finance and account teams
• Contribute data-driven insights and support the creation of compelling campaign reports for client presentations

Perks, Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - 90,000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
