Overview
Growth oriented Corporate Treasury team looking to add an experienced financial analyst to help build and run FHN’s liquidity risk management function. To be effective in this high visibility role the analyst must be well-organized, detail-oriented, possess superior analytical and communications skills, and have a strong work ethic.
Top candidates must be able to demonstrate history of :
Constructing well controlled, governed, and documented processes for financial analysis, data management, and reporting
Summarizing key findings and preparing succinct presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors
Meeting deadlines while independently taking initiative to drive complex projects to completion

Key Responsibilities Include
Develop and maintain reporting tools required to assess liquidity position including dashboards for KRI monitoring and cash flow forecasts
Support growth initiatives to comply with large financial institution regulatory requirements and reporting (for example : LCR, NSFR, and 2052a)
Enhance liquidity stress testing capabilities including development of scenarios, assumptions, and back-testing
Analyze internal and external data to support all liquidity risk management functions including peer benchmarking analysis
Perform economic, industry, and regulatory research
Review proposed regulations and provide impact analysis
Partner with risk management, internal audit, and model validation to ensure processes and procedures are appropriate, executed, and follow Company and regulatory guidelines
Assist other teams in the Corporate Treasury department on ad-hoc projects covering asset / liability management, loan and deposit pricing, and capital planning
Qualifications Include
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree and / or certification such as CFA or CPA preferred
Experience in the banking industry (Finance, Risk, Audit, Business Intelligence, or Product team) preferred; open to training experienced professionals with transferable skills
Ability to generate high quality work product with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to summarize analysis and research clearly and concisely in verbal and written form
Team orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to self-identify process gaps and weaknesses
Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills to manage responsibilities described above
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required with Power BI, Visio, and VBA a plus.
Experience with database reporting and programming tools such as SQL, Python, R, etc. a plus
