Were seeking a Construction Estimator to support the Director of Pre-Construction in preparing accurate estimates for commercial and residential projects valued up to $20M. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while working in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

What Youll Do :

• Analyze construction plans and perform detailed quantity takeoffs
• Prepare conceptual and schematic budgets, detailed estimates, and bid proposals
• Manage and review subcontractor pricing and proposals
• Coordinate logistics and schedules with operations teams
• Lead pre-bid meetings and maintain strong subcontractor / vendor relationships
• Keep cost databases and historical pricing information updated
• Support documentation and reporting for internal and client-facing use
• Contribute to business development efforts
• Mentor and guide junior estimators as needed
