A company is looking for a Clinical Dietitian.

Key Responsibilities

Provide optimal nutrition care for inpatients and outpatients using the Nutrition Care Process

Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition education based on patient / client needs

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's Degree required or Bachelor's Degree prior to 2024

0-3 years of relevant experience

Registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration must be obtained within 6 months of start date

Licensure through the state of Indiana must be obtained within 1 year of start date

Ability to develop nutritional care plans and demonstrate competency in nutrition focused physical exam and malnutrition documentation
