Is This Role For You?

Second Request Senior Project Managers are responsible for meeting with the client to determine requirements, consulting with the client on best practices and workflow and submitting the requirements into the workflow system in preparation of client delivery. Further, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for tracking progress internally to ensure timelines are satisfied.

Senior Project Managers are responsible for managing the client's expectations, advocating for their needs internally, and communicating progress to the client, delivering on all promises and ultimately, ensure their satisfaction with all services rendered.

A Day in The Life

• Setting up Initial meetings to determine scope of matter specific to Second Request
• Determine format of the project and agencies involved.
• Working fast paced deadlines and setting appropriate expectations internally
• Working closely with collections teams on complex collections
• Conduct and participate in Custodian Interviews
• Partner with Review Manager to ensure all review workstreams are satisfied.
• Partner with eDiscovery Technologist to ensure all Predictive Coding is appropriately applied.
• Detailed tracking of all data processes from collection to production with thorough and complete reconciliation per company SOP to ensure all data is appropriately accounted for.
• Knowing and understanding requirements for specific regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, the DOJ, FTC, CCB, and EU.

We offer competitive total compensation that includes base pay, bonus potential, inclusive benefits, wellness programs, and perks. We use market and industry data to inform pay decisions while considering geography and labor markets, individual experience, and business needs. Individual compensation will vary, although a reasonable estimate of the current annualized base pay range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000.
