Job Description :
A leading entertainment company's Ad Sales Revenue Management division is seeking a Linear Sales Planner to join our dynamic Planning team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a results-based, high-energy sales environment where you''ll make a direct impact on business operations.
Responsibilities
Support dedicated books of business across multiple entertainment brands and verticals
Manage the complete RFP process from initial proposal through order entry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client solutions
Build and maintain impactful relationships both internally and externally
Contribute to operational efficiencies and process improvements
Support dedicated book(s) of business, managing the RFP process from proposal generation to order entry across assigned brands and business verticals
Partner internally with Sales and Revenue Management to implement packaging and pricing strategy per established rate cards and guidelines
Maintain client pipeline in collaboration with the Sales team
Execute budget revisions including incremental spend, optimizations, makegoods, and cancellations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Ad Ops, Inventory Analytics, Streaming Solutions, and Measurement Solutions to fulfill client requests and support Sales proposals
Partner with Ad Ops team to execute campaigns, maximize delivery against contracted goals, and address client reporting needs
Work with Finance team to assist with billing processes
Communicate effectively with agency contacts to address RFP deliverables and ad hoc requests
Process Improvement & Client Support
Identify areas for improvement within the pre-sale process and recommend solutions to drive operational efficiencies
Assist in preparation and follow-up for client meetings, including review of industry and account-specific information
Address client reporting needs and campaign delivery optimization
Required Qualifications
2+ years professional experience; linear sales planning and / or media buying experience strongly preferred
Excitement to work in a collaborative Ad Sales team environment
Positive demeanor and approach when handling day-to-day tasks
Strong problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking skills
Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Eager-to-learn attitude with drive to take on new responsibilities
Media math and terminology knowledge advantageous
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Operative One platform
Knowledge of television landscape and industry trends
Agency background in media planning or buying
