Job description

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic alignment and set priorities with leadership

Translate leadership goals into actionable workstreams and measurable impact

Manage operating rhythms and facilitate communication across functions

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management in a high-growth SaaS environment

Ability to act as an extension of senior executives with sound judgment

Experience managing multiple priorities between tactical execution and strategic planning

Strong business acumen and ability to interpret performance metrics

Familiarity with SaaS go-to-market motions and tools like Google Workspace and Salesforce
