Interior Designer/Architect (2 - 5 Years)
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer / Architect with 3-6 years experience and a passion for design to join our collaborative team.
With a focus on commercial interiors, we provide our clients with efficient design that seamlessly integrates vision and philosophy with function and productivity.
This is a Full Time position with a schedule of 8 : 30 5 : 30, Monday Friday.
Responsibilities :
Provide support in all phases of projects
Draw, pick finishes, render space plans
Attend client meetings (both in person and virtual)
Assist in construction administration / construction observation process
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited school
2- 5 years related professional experience
Professional experience in Revit 2022 or higher
Experience with a Rendering & Visualization Add-on software for Revit like Enscape
Proficient / Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiar with Bluebeam Revu
Experience working on project teams
Prior experience visiting sites under construction
Understanding of the construction administration / construction observation process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong design skills in all phases of work and production
Excellent organization and attention to detail
