This position is primarily responsible for supporting development and implementation of new business development opportunities and high-impact initiatives within the organization's growth portfolio. This includes contributing thought leadership, developing market studies, building business cases, and leading the implementation of new business development initiatives; partnering with and influencing business owners to ensure the achievement of expected results, without direct authority. Key Accountabilities Market Research & Growth Investment Planning : Independently develop comprehensive market studies and market research deliverables with minimal supervision. Serve as a leader, guide, and resource to other staff in completion of market research & competitive intelligence work. Act as subject-matter-expert to provide advisory guidance for leadership to influence investment portfolio decision-making on new business development opportunities. Strategic Initiative Business Case Development & Initiative Planning : Manage and coordinate construction of key business case and business plan inputs cross-functionally with Medica Executives and Directors, as defined by leader. Support building organizational support and securing infrastructure and resources needed to execute emerging business development opportunities. Independently build new business development implementation and launch plans based on blueprints of prior expansion work. Strategic Initiative Execution : Proactively drive critical decision-making directly supporting new business development opportunities. Directly manage and coordinate go-to-market launch plans of new business development opportunities. Provide day-to-day business oversight of operational readiness implementation; act as escalation point for project teams. Proactively identify risks and coordinate development of mitigation action plans and issue resolution work. Provide coordination support of external client and partner relationships in support of new business development ventures.
