Chief Technology Officer

Assignment : The NYS Office of Court Administration, Division of Technology and Court Research is seeking an accomplished technology leader for the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This individual will help to steer our technology strategy and shape our technical direction, ensuring that the needs and objectives of the NYS Unified Court System are met. The selected individual will collaborate closely with executive leadership, software development groups and our enterprise architecture team to ensure that our solutions are forward-thinking, secure, scalable and resilient.

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills :

• Visionary leader and decision maker with the ability to set clear technical direction.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express complex ideas to both technical teams and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated success in deploying technology solutions at scale, ideally within complex, multi-departmental organizations.
• Strong technical proficiency with knowledge of current and emerging technology trends.
