Must be willing obtain or have San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card.
- Be able to work 8+ hours on feet
- Understand cleaning and sanitation requirements
- Learning how to operate our dishwasher
- Learn how to clean using a 3 compartment sink
- Keep dishes clean and organized
- Periodically taking out the trash and sweeping
