Service Technicians perform thorough maintenance on all ages of equipment, with the ability to accurately diagnose heating and air conditioning system issues. They must be able to recognize potential breakdown issues before they happen and make the appropriate recommendations to the customer. Service Technicians must also be comfortable asking for money and deliver excellent communication skills.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform proper maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems that prevents systems from breaking down and provide safety and comfort for our clients.
• Communicate options to clients for maintenance, repairs, replacement and indoor air quality by following Service Legends' communications process.
• Give clients the power to choose what's best for their family's safety and comfort.
• Maintain truck to be neat and clean on the inside and outside.
• Drive company vehicle to and from each assigned job
• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of position.
• Show ability to make timely decisions in the best interest of the customer and company.
• Conduct all work with a Safety First mentality.
• Refer to Career Handbook regarding position level accountabilities.

The employee is frequently exposed to wet and / or humid conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
