HVAC Service Apprentice

Neighbors Heating and Cooling is looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as an HVAC Apprentice . This is a paid, full-time, entry-level position designed to teach you the trade from the ground up while you perform meaningful work in the field.

You'll receive hands-on training while working side-by-side with an experienced technician. Your first 30 days will serve as a probationary / training period to help you get familiar with the work, the team, and determine if the role is the right fit for both of us.

What You'll Do :

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will :

Clean and service HVAC units as part of our planned maintenance program.

Service units in a variety of conditions-attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and in all types of weather.

Keep accurate notes, complete basic paperwork, and maintain cleanliness of tools and vehicles.

Interact respectfully with customers and team members.

Follow directions and ask questions as you learn-the only requirement is a willingness to work and grow.

What We're Looking For :

High school diploma or GED required.

Some mechanical aptitude or trade-related experience preferred (minimum 6 months of any hands-on work experience a plus).

Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or outdoor conditions.

Must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn.

Pay & Perks :

Starting at $20+ / hour (DOE)
