This position, Radial Drill Operator , is a great first step in to manufacturing. You will learn all about our parts, process and have exposure to our machines.

Position Summary :

Performs wide range of duties including setting up and operating multiple saw equipment and tracking and documenting saw blade life.

Essential Functions :

• Operate in a safe manner, a radial drill
• Interfaces with Repair and Maintenance personal of needed repairs or machine problems.
• Practices safe work habits while using equipment and lifting or handling materials.
• Understands and follows all procedures associated with job functions.
• Recommends changes to procedures as needed.
• Performs special projects as directed.
• Attends and participates in various training sessions as required.
• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
• Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations.
• Responsible for maintaining and following all quality standards and standard operating procedures.
• Able and willing to work all shifts and hours as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as required or as directed.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Minimum Job Requirements :

• Basic math skills.
• Basic reading, writing and language skills.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements :

• Lifting, pushing, pulling, leveraging, hoisting or carrying 25 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Listing, pushing, pulling, leveraging, hoisting or carrying 50 pounds or more on an occasional basis.
• Bending, squatting or reaching (below or overhead) on a regular basis.
