Role Overview
The Driver Ability Associate works with agency rules, regulations, policies, Indiana codes, and services related to Credentials, Invalidations, Suspensions, and Reinstatements. A high degree of knowledge of the BMV System Tracking and Record Support (STARS) system is helpful, but not required. The Associate will answer internal and external customer phone calls and emails, as well as process assigned paperwork and all related functions.
Some team travel is involved. Mileage is reimbursed if not using a state vehicle.
This position is located at the BMV operations center at the Indiana Government Center in Indianapolis. Hours are :
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am -4 : 00 pm. Weekends are holiday are off.
Salary :
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $29,588.00.
