Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-driven and dependable Accounts Payable / Bookkeeping Associate to join our team. This role offers flexibility with the option of part-time or full-time scheduling, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to balance their career with personal goals.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including account reconciliations and data entry
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the high standards of service 415 Group is known for
- Support DOO with facilities-related requests : coordinating with vendors / service providers and monitoring facility needs for all locations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related accounting roleStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyWhat We Offer
