Lead financial reporting and forecasting for development projects, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely delivery to stakeholders

Manage investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, and serve as the main point of contact for investor communications

Oversee fund management, including cash flow planning, capital allocation, and compliance with fund agreements

Support land acquisitions through financial modeling, deal underwriting, and due diligence

Drive strategic planning, capital structuring, and scenario analysis to support growth initiatives Requirements :

Real Estate Development experience required

Bachelor's in Finance or related field required
