Position Summary
A Customer Service Representative is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence by managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Deliver outstanding service across all customer interactions
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams
- Support high-end move and installation projects as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, and furniture vendors
- Provide project updates and account progress reports to stakeholders
- Generate client estimates (after appropriate training)
- Address and resolve client concerns and escalations promptly
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks within our operating system
- Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times
Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or client success rolesSales experience is preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with effective time management capabilitiesMust pass background check and drug screeningCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier serviceMonday - Friday
