Position Summary

A Customer Service Representative is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence by managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, subcontractors, and vendors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing unparalleled service to our distinguished clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Deliver outstanding service across all customer interactions
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams
  • Support high-end move and installation projects as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, and furniture vendors
  • Provide project updates and account progress reports to stakeholders
  • Generate client estimates (after appropriate training)
  • Address and resolve client concerns and escalations promptly
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks within our operating system
  • Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or client success roles
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management capabilities
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service
  • Monday - Friday

    8am - 5pm
