Maintenance Technician
This position operates on a standard 8-hour daily schedule, usually between 0800 to 4PM. A significant component of this role includes fulfilling on-call requirements. The successful candidate will be part of an on-call schedule, requiring responsiveness to critical incidents outside of normal business hours, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsible for completing repairs, responding to emergency calls, managing building service vendors and maintenance requirements in residential apartment buildings.

Job Qualification
High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Minimum of seven (7) years experience in residential apartment building services, required. General knowledge of construction tools. Knowledge of heating systems, plumbing, electrical and construction. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and detail oriented. Must live on premises. Strong scheduling skills with ability to prioritize assignments. FDNY Certificates of Fitness (S-95, S-12 & S-13) within 6 months, required. Complete OSHA 10 Safety Course within 6 months, required.

The salary range and / or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and / or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity). The salary range for this position is $64,350-$83,500 / year.
