Job description

We are an outdoor lighting company specializing in holiday lighting , proudly serving Ventura County and surrounding areas. With a reputation for excellence among luxury residential and commercial clients, we are seeking a motivated professional with exceptional organizational skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment and help deliver an outstanding client experience.

Job Details :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone and email inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and proposals while managing a high volume of requests.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Support sales through effective communication, follow-up, and client relationship management.
  • Maintain organized client records and track project progress from start to completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Expect extended hours during the holiday season (mid-October through late December) when client volume is at its peak.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and instill client confidence.
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with office software and digital communication tools is a plus.
