Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation : Identify, research, and qualify potential clients across target industries such as healthcare, finance, and enterprise IT and many more.

Client Outreach : Initiate contact with decision-makers via email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calls, and networking events.

Sales Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of all interactions.

Proposal Support : Collaborate with delivery, technical, and marketing teams to create tailored proposals, capability decks, and RFP responses.

Market Research : Track market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.

Partnership Development : Assist in developing strategic alliances with complementary technology and consulting firms.

Revenue Targets : Work towards monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and new contracts.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management .

Strong understanding of technology solutions such as software development, data analytics, cloud, or digital transformation.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
