Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team supporting the Arizona market. This is a key role for a results-oriented sales professional with a consulting mindset and the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders alike. While technical fluency is a plus, success in this role is grounded in building long-term client relationships and strategically developing new business opportunities that generate revenue.

What you will do at Sogeti :

• Drive new business growth within the Arizona region, focusing on Sogetis full suite of professional services and solutions.
• Strategically plan and prepare before initiating contact with prospective clients, ensuring a tailored and informed approach.
• Lead client meetings and sales conversations with a clear understanding of client pain points, business objectives, and technical needs.
• Build, maintain, and expand strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients, from line-of-business managers to C-level executives.
• Collaborate with internal technical experts and delivery teams to shape and propose impactful solutions.
• Support and close opportunities from inception through signed contract using a consultative, value-based sales methodology.
