This Manufacturing Manager will :

• Drive safety, quality, and operational performance across value streams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and production teams.
• Optimize processes, capacity, and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production metrics and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations and support leadership objectives.
