Summary
The role of the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is to develop and execute a long-term strategy to find, attract, hire, and retain the right talent for Broadmead, aligning with its overall business goals. The TAM will build a strong employer brand, manage the full cycle hiring process, collaborate with management across multiple departments to fill positions in a timely manner, and use data to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
