Senior FPA Analyst Operations

Our client, a stable and growing leader in the distribution and logistics sector, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial reporting, operational cost analysis, and strategic decision-making for nationwide operations.

Key Responsibilities

\- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

\- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and cost reports.

\- Partner with operations to track KPIs, evaluate profitability, and control costs.

\- Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.

\- Support budgets, forecasts, pricing, and contract evaluations.

\- Identify process improvements and optimize ERP / reporting systems.

Qualifications

\- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain.

\- 3–5 years of FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis experience.

\- Background in transportation, logistics, distribution, or asset-heavy operations.

\- Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, ERP experience.

\- Analytical mindset with ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Compensation :

$80,000-$100,000 per year
