ModMed is hiring a driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Talent Acquisition Team focused on creating a positive, welcoming, and memorable experience for all candidates. This role is ideal for an individual with proven experience focusing on :

• Operational Excellence : Driving efficiency, continuously improving processes, and ensuring smooth, predictable hiring workflows.
• Attention to Detail : Meticulous organization and accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and data management.
• Candidate Engagement : Creating a positive, welcoming, and memorable experience for all candidates, from the first contact through their onboarding.
• Collaboration : Working effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT) to keep the hiring process aligned and on track.
