Your Role :

We are on the lookout for a friendly, passionate, and self-driven Technical Support Specialist to assist our activity partners in maximizing their success with Peek Pro. As the first line of defense for product inquiries and technical challenges, you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch support.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere, providing exceptional responsiveness to both current and prospective partners while showcasing strong problem-solving capabilities. As a crucial part of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues and share valuable insights with our Product and Engineering teams to enhance Peek Pro.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and Helpdesk, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Craft clear, timely, and instructional responses to product and technical questions.
  • Engage in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
  • Act as the voice of our customers by sharing feedback through established processes.
  • Stay updated on our evolving products and contribute suggestions to improve Helpdesk resources.
  • Meet performance metrics and consistently deliver results.

Required Skills :

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or technical support.
  • Availability to work 5 consecutive days, including possible weekends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum 50 WPM typing speed).
  • A genuine enthusiasm for solving technical problems.
  • Patience and aptitude for educating non-technical partners on new software.
  • Ability to adapt seamlessly in a dynamic environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality are a must.
  • Strong deductive reasoning skills for problem diagnosis.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive partner information.
  • Consistent, dependable WiFi and a distraction-free workspace are essential.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • A keen interest in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Familiarity with ZenDesk or similar support tools.
  • Experience using Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, or G-Suite.
  • Compensation :

  • Monthly salary of Mex$ 20,400 gross.
