A company is looking for a Revenue Training Manager to support their Partnerships Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, deliver, and maintain Partnership Sales Onboarding and Upskilling Programs
Enhance the Revenue Enablement function to equip sellers with necessary knowledge and skills
Drive business outcomes and improve team performance through effective training initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Enablement, L&D, and / or Revenue Operations with a focus on instructional design and training
Proven track record of improving seller output and reducing deal cycle length
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Expertise in designing and operating sales onboarding and upskilling programs for large teams
Excellent fundamentals in learning and development
