An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join a leading healthcare system in Central Pennsylvania. This role oversees the Core Laboratory, providing leadership, guidance, and direct technical expertise while working alongside a talented team of laboratory professionals.

Shift Details

Full-time, day shift (80 hours biweekly)

Monday–Friday schedule

On-call rotation included

Your Role

Supervise and coordinate daily technical functions in the Core Laboratory

Manage scheduling, staff assignments, and performance evaluations

Train and mentor laboratory team members

Participate in budgeting, department planning, and quality programs

Perform laboratory testing as a technical staff member

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers on laboratory services
